Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use govern access to Duakode Play and its games, accounts, leaderboards, and related services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use Duakode Play on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not sell, transfer, impersonate another person through, or create accounts using automated methods. Users under the age required to consent in their jurisdiction must use the service only with permission from a parent or guardian.
Permission to use Duakode Play
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable permission to access and use Duakode Play for lawful entertainment and learning. This permission does not transfer ownership of the service, games, artwork, software, branding, or other content. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, or exploit the service except where applicable law expressly allows it.
Fair play and prohibited conduct
Do not cheat, falsify scores, manipulate leaderboards, exploit vulnerabilities, use bots or unauthorized automation, interfere with other players, upload malicious code, scrape the service at unreasonable scale, bypass security controls, access administrative areas without permission, or use Duakode Play for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing activity. We may remove scores, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when these rules are violated.
Games and intellectual property
Games and other content are published through Duakode's validation and review process. Unless stated otherwise, Duakode or the identified owner retains all intellectual property rights. Third-party names, marks, and content remain the property of their respective owners. Availability may change, and games may be updated, replaced, unpublished, or removed without guaranteeing continued access to a particular title or saved state.
Scores, profiles, and leaderboards
Leaderboard results are provided for friendly competition. We may validate, adjust, hide, or remove scores that appear erroneous, manipulated, or inconsistent with game rules. Public rankings may show your chosen player name, profile image, rank, and score. Rankings, achievements, and virtual progress have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash unless a separate written promotion expressly says otherwise.
Third-party services and advertising
Duakode Play may contain third-party authentication, advertising, hosting, analytics, or external links. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control, and a link or integration does not imply endorsement.
Service availability and changes
We work to keep Duakode Play available and secure, but the service is provided on an as-available basis. Maintenance, technical failures, security events, or changes may interrupt access or cause data loss. We may modify features, limits, game availability, or these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service where reasonably practical, and continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duakode Play is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or preservation of every score or save. Duakode is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law, address security risks, or discontinue the service. Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and obligations that by nature should survive will remain effective after termination.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without limiting consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
