This Privacy Policy explains how Duakode Play collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you visit our website, create an account, play games, submit scores, or contact us. Duakode is responsible for deciding how personal data is processed for the services described here.
Information we collect
We may collect account details such as your name, email address, profile image, and encrypted password credentials; gameplay information such as game sessions, scores, achievements, ratings, favorites, and saved progress; technical information such as device type, browser, IP-derived approximate location, timestamps, diagnostic logs, and essential cookies; and information you voluntarily send when contacting us. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data through normal gameplay.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure accounts, save progress, operate leaderboards, personalize game discovery, maintain service reliability, prevent fraud and score manipulation, measure product performance, communicate service updates, answer support requests, and comply with legal obligations. We only process personal data for legitimate, specific purposes and do not sell personal data.
Guest players and local storage
You may play supported games without an account. Guest preferences and progress may be stored locally in your browser using technologies such as IndexedDB or local storage. Clearing browser data, changing devices, or using private browsing may permanently remove this local progress. Guest data is not automatically merged into an account unless the service expressly provides that option.
Retention and security
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and account status. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls, password hashing, transport security, validation, and monitoring. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights

You may also update available profile information through your account. We may verify your identity before completing a request and may retain information where required by law or necessary to protect legal claims.
Children
Duakode Play is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from a child under 13 without valid consent from a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided personal data improperly, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
International processing, updates, and contact
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border processing.
